We take the protection of your data seriously. This notice explains, under the GDPR, how we process personal data on this website and in the Zencount platform.
1. Controller

2. EU hosting
The website and application run on servers in Germany. No data is transferred to third countries without appropriate safeguards.
3. Data we process
Account and usage data (email, organisation, role), financial data you import, and technical log data. Contact form: the fields you provide (name, email, message) to handle your request.
4. Purposes & legal bases
Performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) to provide the platform, legitimate interest (f) for security and operations, consent (a) where required.
5. Tenant isolation & security
Every organisation is isolated by Postgres Row-Level Security; integration credentials are AES-256-encrypted at rest. Your content is never used to train shared models.
6. Processors
We use carefully selected providers (hosting, email delivery) under Art. 28 GDPR data-processing agreements.
7. Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or to meet statutory retention periods.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies / local storage (e.g. your language choice and login session). Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent.
